The Rolfe Pancreatic Cancer Foundation is a Chicago based non-profit dedicated to supporting early detection pancreatic cancer research.


On-Going Communications Strategy, Brand Management, Donor Engagement


The Rolfe Foundation's efforts to raise money and awareness for early detection pancreatic cancer research are driven by on-going print, digital, and social media campaigns.  As the Foundation's Marketing and Communications Associate, I generated fresh, branded content across a variety of channels that kept Rolfe supporters informed of scientific progress, invested in fundraising success, and engaged with the mission.



  • Contributed to overall communications strategy 

  • Created marketing/messaging assets

  • Developed promotional materials for fundraising events

  • Wrote presentations, video scripts, and speeches

  • Authored news stories

  • Drafted messaging calendars

  • Copy and strategy for email marketing

  • Produced internal and external literature (handouts, brochures, etc.) 
  • In 2016, as member of Strategic Planning Committee: conducted market research, interviewed stakeholders, and co-authored plan projected to quadruple revenue by within 3 - 5 years
